 About the Wooden Deco: I got these tires from Jake LaMotta years ago. They were just thrown into my box of tires that I collect. I saw an ad on something, like the movie Rocket Man. Loving models, toys, cars and Deco designs I threw them all together to make this car.

My normal cars take an extremely long time to make, so every now and then I need to do something fast, neat and fun to keep sane.

That's why I also made the #18 white car with green tires. The green tires I found at Vulcan Scrap. I love that place and can wander around there looking for nothing in particular for hours. I think they were originally made to be protective Grommets for tubing . . .
