Not much detail comes to mind - except I grew up at the early part of drag racing, and in California. Hot Rod heaven. American Graffiti. I made a T and another fantasy Rod, so this is the natural third in the set: the Yellow Coupe with a Huge Drag Engine with the 671 blower.

On each one I made different suspensions. This yellow one is more pure fantasy. The engine is at 1/6th scale and the body is at 1/8th scale. That alone makes the Engine 133% too big. Sort of an Ed Roth Cartoon.

It's fun to do these ideas. I'm sort of making prototypes for my own Hot Rod - or at least my Hot Rod fantasy. I'd go with something more sedate at my age, but at 19 I would have gone for the MONSTER. Maybe the black flamed version.
